DS18 is owned and manufactured by its parent company Spirit LLC, headquartered in Miami, Florida. Products are designed and engineered in the USA, with factories in Korea, Brazil and China, and a few select items assembled in the United States.
The company describes growing from a small distribution centre into a multimillion-dollar manufacturer within ten years, and puts that down to staffing the business with audio enthusiasts rather than only managers.
The catalogue passes a thousand SKUs, everything from car speakers to 15,000-watt RMS amplifiers. That makes DS18 one of the few manufacturers where an entire build can be sourced without going elsewhere for parts. Its focus is durable, high-output audio for Pro, Marine, Jeep, Motorcycle and UTV/ATV applications.

Born from the combined expertise of Steve Meade Designs and DS18 is the amp line that changed the audio landscape.
Steve Meade is the name the SPL world knows, and the amplifier line carries his design rather than his signature. We fit them, and we wire them for the current they actually draw.

Fitter’s note
